- Can I use an old lift pass and top it up?

Yes, as long as the card has a card number (WTP card number) on the back and the card is an AXESS card, it can be used again. Select "Top up ski card" in the shopping cart. Read more about buying lift tickets here.

- Can I top up 0-6 years old on an existing lift pass?

If you are going to buy this alone, it must be purchased together with a new Axess WTP card with a card number. You cannot top up 0-6 years on an existing card you have online without other cards in the order, as purchases in NOK 0 are not possible.

- Can I buy a card with any day in season?

Yes, but these are not available in the online store, so these cards must be purchased at the guest center.

- I have refilled cards online. Do they need to be activated before I can use them?

No, just go in the elevator and the card will be activated in the elevator card reader. Read more about buying lift tickets here.

- I have bought a new card online, where do I pick it up?

You will receive a confirmation by e-mail with a QR code you scan in the pick-up boxes at the guest center in Vangslia, Hovden or Stølen.

- How do I buy a lift pass?

Lift passes must be purchased online. Here you can choose between a new ski pass or top up an existing one. If you are going to buy a new one, select "New ski pass" in the drop-down menu. If you want to top up an existing card, choose "Top up ski card". Then you can fill in the card number on the back of the card. Older cards say WTP. You can also scan the QR code on the back of the ski pass using a camera on your phone. Then it will auto-fill the card number. Still undecided? See this page for help buying lift tickets online.
