In the summer, the ski center Gondola to Hovden and the restaurant The Hill have every day. From the top of Hovden you have a great view of Oppdal city center and the whole of Dovrefjell, as well as Trollheimen and Sunndalsøra. From here there are a number of hiking trails into the mountains and the possibilities are many.
