Practical information

We hope you find the apartment in order upon arrival. Should there be any defects, please contact the reception no later than the day after arrival. 

• For the sake of the neighbors, there must be peace in the apartment and outdoor area no later than 23:00
• It is not allowed to wear ski boots inside the apartment
• It is not allowed to move furniture and equipment between housing units

On the kitchen sink there is an extra pin, this must point downwards to allow water to reach the dishwasher.

Above the stove there is a box. To connect the power, the button must be held down to restart the stove guard. The power will reconnect.

Check-out is no later than 11.00 on the day of departure. If you travel home before the scheduled departure day, it is important that we are notified of this. 

• Close all doors and windows
• All rubbish disposed of at the nearby environmental station. If this is not complied with, it will result in a fee of NOK 500.
• All dishes are done before departure
• Rented bed linen is placed together in the hallway.

Communal outdoor parking is available for a fee. Contact guest service

It is strictly forbidden to charge an electric car with an extension cord in a regular socket. Violation will result in a fine of NOK 3000,-
 

The password to the network can be found on the router or by the TV. 

    •    Familiarize yourself with where manual extinguishing equipment is located.
    •    Call 110 immediately if the fire alarm has been triggered by accident, to stop unnecessary call-outs.

Important: Unnecessary fire call-out will result in a fee of NOK 6,650,-, which will be charged to the tenant.
