If the TV channels are not working, follow this process:
Press Home
Select Wi-Fi Connection / Network Status
Select Disconnect and confirm with Yes
Select Network Settings
Select Wired Network
Wait until it shows that your TV is connected to the network but not to the internet
Select Close
Select Source
Select TV Portal or Custom App from the menu.
Wait for the hourglass to appear and the channels to load.
If the TV channels still do not work, call 61 27 47 47
