Oppdal is less than 2 hours from Trondheim by car, or 1.5 hours by train. And just over 5 hours from Oslo by car or train. When you get there, it's easy to leave your car, whether you're staying at a hotel in the city center or in a cabin on the slopes. Ski in or ski out or use our free shuttle bus via the town center to access all the slopes.

Whether you are a beginner or well-experienced skier, Oppdal is an ideal choice for your next ski holiday. The ski center consists of four mountain areas – Vangslia, Stølen, Hovden and Ådalen – with a good selection of alpine slopes, accommodation and restaurants.
Oppdal is one of Norway's largest alpine areas and provides endless opportunities for varied skiing, whether you like perfectly groomed trails or freeriding in powder.
