If you have a cabin or apartment in Oppdal and want to rent out all or part of the year, we offer a comprehensive solution, complete with cleaning and janitorial services. We have extensive experience in renting out privately owned cabins and apartments in Hafjell and Kvitfjell and look forward to offering the best rental product in Oppdal. 

Safety

We focus on safety for you as a cabin owner. A dedicated employee works closely with cabin owners in Oppdal, Kvitfjell and Hafjell. To ensure the maintenance of the rental unit, we have skilled cleaning workers and caretakers. Our guests are mainly families and groups from Sweden, Denmark, Germany and Norway. In order to take care of properties in the best possible way, we have an age limit of 23 years for tenants.

This includes administration and cleaning, marketing, entering into agreements, invoicing and follow-up of guests. We are a year-round company with an experienced and service-minded team with good local knowledge and solid experience from the tourism industry.

Earnings
Our experience base indicates an average income of approx. NOK 16,000,- - 20,000 per bed for year-round rental. This can vary up or down with the attractiveness of the cabin/apartment.

Self-use
As the owner, you choose which periods you want to use the cabin/apartment. You get access to your own "owner web" with a booking overview and  the opportunity to book your own use.

Discount on season passes
As a landlord, you get heavily discounted season tickets. The Platinum Card has exclusive benefits and is available at a 30% discount.

The platinum card is valid if you rent out your cabin/apartment for more than 10 weeks per season through Alpinco Hospitality. The discount is available for 2 adults and up to 3 children or 4 adults in the same family.
