Please note that the gondola may close in bad weather conditions.
You are welcome to bring a bike in the gondola - but remind that all cycling is at your own risk.
The trails in the area are natural and unmarked and are used at your own risk. The ski center has no control over the design, maintenance or safety of the trails.
Please respect the signs from the local landowner about traffic.

Take the Gondola to the top of Hoven.
The gondola lifts you to the top of Skjørstadhovden 1125 meters above sea level. On the way up, you can experience great views of the city center and the mountains in and around Oppdal. This is a great starting point for a bike or mountain hike. You may want a good lunch at The Hill 1125.
The gondola starts from the bottom of Hovden, a short walk from Oppdal city center. If you come by car, you can park at the valley station. Tickets can be purchased upon boarding.
The gondola is handicap-friendly with room for both wheelchairs and strollers. Dogs are also allowed, but remember that it must be on a leash.
