Winter doesn't come by itself – it's created. In Hafjell , preparations for the start of the season start long before the first natural snow falls. When the freezing temperatures arrive, snow production starts in full swing, so that the trails have a solid and even foundation that lasts all season.
We use modern snow cannons and water from our own reservoirs to produce high-quality snow, regardless of natural snow. The facility is controlled digitally and optimized for low energy consumption and minimal environmental impact. The goal is for you to meet perfect conditions – from the first turn to the last day of the season.
