In Kvitfjell, everything is in place for an active autumn holiday with memorable experiences. Autumn is the time of year when the mountains show their best side, with frosty nights, colorful landscapes and the explosion of a sunrise.
The lifts will also run during the autumn holidays, it is completely free and makes it easy to move around in the mountains! Thursday to Saturday week 40 from 11.00 - 15.00 Kvitfjell Express (B), Vestsiden Express (C) and Vesleseter Express (N) will run.
Have you been hunting poles this summer? Continue the pole hunt during the autumn holidays - maybe you will discover places you have not experienced before? Pole hunting can also be combined with berry picking. You will find, among other things, blueberries, lingonberries and cloudberries in the mountains.

2. Autumn holiday at Gudbrandsgard Hotel
There is nothing that beats the autumn sunrise and morning coffee at Gudbrandsgard Hotel. The hotel is open every weekend in the autumn. See all opening hours in the booking calendar. Opening hours autumn holidays:

During the autumn holidays, a new lunch concept will be launched. Welcome from 11.30 on open days and taste a delicious hamburger plate, Caesar salad or goulash soup with bread.
On Saturday week 40 and 41, After Walk and BBQ* will be held from 14.00 - 16.00. Welcome to enjoy a delicious barbecue buffet on the terrace after a fresh mountain hike. (*weather dependent)

3. Oktoberfest, Portuguese evening and harvest market at Tyrihanstunet
Tyrihanstunet invites you to a party during the autumn holidays. There is guaranteed to be a good atmosphere at Oktoberfest at Tyrihanstunet on Saturday 5 October, with live bands, pork knuckles and a generally great atmosphere.
We recommend accommodation at Gudbrandsgard, there will be a free bus to and from Oktoberfest and they sell discounted accommodation packages. Book your accommodation here!
On Thursday 3 October, there will be a Portuguese evening, with tasty food from Portugal on the menu. Otherwise, Tyrihanstunet is open on selected days in weeks 39, 40 and 41 .

4. Bike rental and Sport 1 in Kvitfjell
Sport1 Skitorget (west side) will also be open this year during the autumn holidays: Week 40 Monday-Saturday 10.00-16.00. Week 41 Thursday-Saturday 10.00-16.00
This autumn you can also rent an electric bike here. It is possible to rent an e-bike every weekend (online booking only) and during the autumn holidays weeks 40 and 41. Read more about the offer here!

Origo is centrally located, in the middle of the hill on the lower side of Tyrihanstunet. Here everything is in place for skiing, hiking fun and beautiful hours in the sun, with immediate proximity to magnificent nature and superb sun conditions. Adventurous autumn holiday at Hunderfossen
The Children's Farm is open every day from Saturday 28 September to Sunday 13 October. Meet over 200 animals, drive ranger cars, unfold on the climbing trails and enjoy freshly baked waffles. The Children's Farm is suitable for the whole family.
The adventure park is open on weekends 28–29 September and 5–6 October. Take the family on a real autumn adventure, and experience exciting attractions and activities for big and small princes and princesses.
New this year: It will be possible to climb in the climbing park on weekdays in week 40. The climbing park consists of 6 trails with a total of over 60 unique obstacles.
