We have some avid ice bathers at Værfast. And when we say ice bathing, it is literally meant. Here, holes are cut in thick ice with a chainsaw and axe and bathing is done without having a sauna to run into afterwards. Many people think madness, a must in life, others say. Why not challenge friends, family or colleagues to join in?
